First off apologies for the lack of posts since June. In the time between now and then, I have actually tried to set up two posts, explaining my absense, but I just found them in the 'blog bin' so to speak; and despite me having set them to publish at a certain time and day, they haven't.
Of course they're pretty pointless now, so I deleted them.

I hope to be up and running back to every Sunday soon! I'ma bit behind with the strips.... and I may have lost the hand drawn version of the next Grape Chronicles XD... only a maybe though I haven't had a proper look under my bed yet ;)

I had fun making this one ^.^ The variety of facial expressions :D
The last frame with the crazy moment of arms needs work on. When drawn by hand it doesn't look so bad but on paint it's hard to get it not looking like some form of mutant.

Ah yes, The Grape Chronicles have arrived!
I shall be updating every Sunday now, in theory. Saturdays if I am busy on a Sunday.

Now a quick explaination behind the inspiration for this strip.
We were quite happily sitting there in biology and a picture of a gorilla comes up on the board. The above ensues, following that some sequels from the depths of my mind. :D

Experimenting with different techniques.

Tried experimenting with my photo-editing software and this random program I found in the depths of my C-Drive.

I've been trying to find some way to give the slogs the edge they lack. Compared to when drawn by hand, the computerised slogs lack something, not sure what, perhaps the detail? So could the answer be as simple as to buy a scanner? We shall see.

I plan to try and be more regular with posting; pick a certain day and update every week on that day.
